Our Delivery
Your delivery costs are based on the weight or size of your order and its delivery destination.
If you would like your product urgently, we also offer air-freight. This will be in addition to regaular shipping costs.
We use post for all our deliveries
- All standard orders are sent by Australia Post;
- High Value Items will require signture on delivery
- Standard delivery costs are based on the weight or size of your selected items and your delivery destination;
- Costs are displayed at checkout before you pay;
- You can request delivery by Express Post – fixed costs apply;
- Usually, we dispatch all orders within 24 hours, unless received on a Saturday or Sunday. These orders will be processed the following Monday.

Extended Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly exchange or refund your product within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt. See below for exclusions.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days. Returns for product faults will be refunded. Change of mind returns are available for store credit only, subject to goods being returned in saleable condition. Postage will be at the customers expense.
